2012 Speakers

Don Wilson is the senior pastor of Christ's Church of the Valley in Peoria, AZ for 29 years as it has grown to become the 10th largest church in the country and 5th fastest growing. Don has served as the president of the North American Christian Convention (NACC) and as a teaching associate for John Maxwell's EQUIP Million Leader Mandate.

Leith Anderson resides in Eden Prairie, MN where he has been pastor of Wooddale Christian Church for the past 34 years. He has served as the president of the National Association of Evangelicals headquartered in Washington, DC since 2006.

Paul Borden is the Executive Minister of Growing Healthy Churches in San Ramon, CA, serving more than 215 churches in Northern California and Northern Nevada. As an international consultant, judicatory leader, former large church pastor, and professor of homiletics, Paul works to transform congregations and judicatories across the country.

Al Ells is an ordained minister and founder-director of Leaders that Last Ministries. He is a gifted coach, counselor, speaker and leadership consultant, as well as author of several best-selling books and devotionals. Al and his family reside in Mesa, AZ.

Jim Griffith is a veteran of five church plants and founder of Griffith Coaching Network. Jim focuses on coaching new and existing churches in their efforts to reach the mission field around them. Since 1996 he's assessed over 1,900 church planting candidates, trained over 9,000 planters, and coached over 1,500 projects.

1) Discernment Day with Jim Griffith: 8:00am-5:00pm. Are you considering CHURCH PLANTING? If so, don't miss this excellent event as Jim discusses The Church Planting Journey: Discerning God's call for your life.

2) Large Church Roundtable with Leith Anderson: 10:00am-4:00pm. Pastors of churches over 1,000 are invited to spend the day with Leith in a discussion on Leading a large church well and leaving a large church well.

3) Judicatory Roundtable with Paul Borden: 10:00am-4:00pm. Judicatory Leaders are invited to attend this roundtable FREE of charge! Paul will lead the talk on Trends that will change the way judicatories function in the next decade.
