The books I treasure most are: I have more than 100 books on my recommendation list!  Some of top choices are Building the Bridge as You Walk On It by Robert Quinn; Crucial Conversation by Patterson; Deep Change by Robert Quinn; Mindset by Carol Dweck; Ordering Your Private World by Gordon McDonald; Primal Leadership by Daniel Goleman; Renovation of the Heart by Dallas Willard; Sex Begins in the Kitchen by Kevin Leman; The Art of Scientific Investigation by W.I.B. Beveridge; The Sacred Romance by Brent Curtis & John Eldredge. My ipad always has something new, too.

Favorite Starbucks drink: Grande, no water, no foam, Soy Chai @ 165 degrees.

To help me stay centered I: My times with God are largely focused on journaling.  This helps me stay focused and provides a way for me to hear God.  My wife, Mary Kay also keeps me grounded.

What do you appreciate most about working in teams? I should have listed "Tribal Leadership" under books I treasure most, but it works here, too.  Logan, the author, talks about working in triads -- groups of three.  There is more to this that I can share here, but this speaks to the value I place on teams and teamwork.  We are not meant to minister alone.

In my spare time I: What spare time?  I have learned to make exercise a regular habit and run almost every morning.
