To help me stay centered I: Build regular quiet time into my schedule and schedule an annual prayer retreat where I retreat for five days in silence.

What do you appreciate most about working in teams? The synergism of what comes from sharp, informed and motivated minds working together.  The end product is usually better than what any one person would have created.

In my spare time I: Read and spend quality time with my wife.
